Log into your Aironox account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
